Role overview
Blox is seeking an AGM-level Performance Marketing Manager for real estate campaigns across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
The role owns digital marketing P&L, qualified lead generation, campaign performance, and team leadership.
Performance marketing
- Own Google Ads and Meta Ads strategy, execution, and optimization across MMR real estate projects.
- Manage monthly ad spends of ₹50L to ₹1Cr or more across multiple projects and micro-markets.
- Optimize CPQL, CPSV, lead quality, broker conversion rates, landing pages, creatives, audiences, and bidding.
Market and team leadership
- Apply knowledge of MMR micro-markets, buyer segments, price classifications, geo-targeting, and audience segmentation.
- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to align lead flow with inventory and broker network capacity.
- Lead and develop a 4–6 member team, set KPIs, conduct reviews, and coordinate with sales, CRM, and creative teams.
Analytics and innovation
- Own digital marketing P&L and track spend, revenue contribution, CAC, and marketing ROI.
- Maintain dashboards using Looker Studio, Power BI, or Supermetrics and present weekly performance reviews.
