Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2C lead generation campaigns that produce qualified leads, appointments, and new customers.
- Manage Google Ads Search, Display, Performance Max, and remarketing campaigns.
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Develop and optimize landing pages and conversion funnels to improve conversion rates.
- Create targeted campaigns using customer demographics, interests, location, and buying behavior.
- Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign testing.
- Perform A/B testing of creatives, copy, audiences, landing pages, and offers.
- Maintain conversion tracking for leads, appointments, calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and purchases.
- Track CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and lead quality.
- Coordinate with sales and store teams to track leads through customer acquisition.
- Optimize advertising budgets and recommend improvements based on campaign data.
- Provide weekly reports covering leads, appointments, customers, conversions, costs, and ROAS.
Requirements
- Proven UAE experience in performance marketing is required.
- Proven experience in B2C lead generation is required.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000 to AED 5,000 per month.
Work Location
- The role is performed in person.
