Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
- Review and process online orders accurately and on time.
- Upload and update products, prices, images, descriptions, collections, variants, and inventory.
- Monitor payments and follow up on failed, pending, or incomplete transactions.
- Update order statuses, tracking details, and customer notifications.
- Synchronize online stock with stores and the warehouse.
- Activate or remove out-of-stock products and unavailable variants.
- Review the website for pricing errors, broken links, and technical issues.
- Update homepage banners, promotional messages, and featured collections.
- Respond to online customer enquiries about products, orders, and deliveries.
- Coordinate exchanges, returns, refunds, and cancelled orders.
- Monitor abandoned checkouts, review performance metrics, prepare reports, and coordinate with related teams.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,500 to AED 5,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
