- Develop and implement enterprise performance management strategies and frameworks
- Lead design and administration of performance management programs including goal setting and reviews
- Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and other departments to align performance objectives
- Monitor KPIs across business units and develop dashboards and scorecards
- Analyze performance data and workforce trends to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain performance policies, competency models, and governance documentation
- Facilitate performance review cycles, calibration sessions, and coaching initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement through AI powered insights and digital platforms
- Prepare executive dashboards and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
- Lead and mentor HR professionals and cross functional stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in performance management, HR, organizational development, or related roles
- 2+ years of experience managing enterprise performance programs preferred
- Strong understanding of performance management frameworks and methodologies
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar
- Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills

- Location: United Arab Emirates (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement enterprise performance management strategies, frameworks, policies, and governance models.
- Lead design and administration of performance management programs including goal setting, performance reviews, competency frameworks, and talent assessments.
- Collaborate with HR, business leaders, finance, strategy, and other departments to align performance objectives.
- Monitor KPIs across business units and develop dashboards and scorecards.
- Analyze performance data, workforce trends, and productivity metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain performance policies, competency models, and governance documentation.
- Facilitate performance review cycles, calibration sessions, coaching, and performance improvement plans.
- Drive continuous improvement through AI powered workforce insights and digital platforms.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Utilize HRIS, Performance Management Systems, ERP, Power BI, and analytics tools.
- Prepare executive dashboards and strategic recommendations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop HR professionals and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
- Master's degree or professional certifications (SHRM, CIPD, HRCI) highly advantageous.
- 5+ years of experience in performance management, HR, organizational development, or related roles.
- 2+ years of experience managing enterprise performance programs preferred.
- Strong understanding of performance management frameworks, goal setting methodologies, and competency models.
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar.
- Familiarity with AI powered HR analytics and digital HR transformation advantageous.
- Strong leadership, analytical, strategic thinking, coaching, and facilitation skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in remote and hybrid environments.
