About The Role
The Performance Management Executive is responsible for driving talent management initiatives focused on employee performance, development, engagement, and retention.
The role manages performance management processes, employee assessments, talent development initiatives, recognition programs, and supports recruitment coordination activities to ensure the organization attracts and retains high-performing talent.
The ideal candidate will have experience in talent management, performance management, employee development, and recruitment coordination, with strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the organization's performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual performance evaluations.
- Monitor and track departmental and individual KPIs, ensuring timely reporting and follow-up on performance outcomes.
- Manage employee assessment programs, including probation evaluations and 30-60-90 day assessment cycles.
- Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and insights to support management decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records of performance reviews, assessments, development plans, and employee progress.
- Support managers and employees throughout performance management processes and ensure timely completion of required documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve performance management processes and enhance employee effectiveness.
- Support talent development initiatives, including career development, learning initiatives, and employee growth programs.
- Assist in identifying high-potential employees and maintaining talent development plans.
- Coordinate employee recognition and reward initiatives to promote a culture of performance and appreciation.
- Support initiatives focused on employee experience, engagement, and retention.
- Support sourcing and screening activities to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to schedule interviews, collect feedback, and facilitate hiring documentation.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate recruitment records within ATS/HR systems.
- Support onboarding coordination for new hires to ensure a smooth joining experience.
- Assist with recruitment reporting and tracking hiring progress
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Management, Performance Management.
- Strong understanding of performance management processes, employee assessments, and talent development initiatives.
- Experience coordinating recruitment activities and managing candidate communication.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with different stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and HR systems.
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, or performance management platforms is an advantage.
