Responsibilities
- Own the creative strategy for paid acquisition, developing a regular brief cadence across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
- Translate performance data (hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR) into clear, actionable briefs for the design and motion team.
- Source, brief, and manage UGC creators and talent, ensuring authentic and native content.
- Develop a systematic testing approach across formats (motion, static, carousel, UGC) with hypotheses and structured experiments.
- Mine ad libraries and creative from competitors for ideas and turn what's working into fresh concepts.
- Build and refine systems, briefs, asset libraries, naming conventions, and handoffs to enable faster execution.
- Work closely with Performance Marketing Manager, Motion Designer, and Graphic Designer to keep creative production moving fast.
Requirements
- 3 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or growth, ideally in consumer subscription, health, or fitness/wellness businesses
- Hybrid creative and performance mindset: understanding what makes creative convert
- Proven track record of writing briefs that have moved metrics
- Fluency in key performance metrics (hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR, CPA) and experience using data to drive creative decisions
- Comfortable owning both strategic and operational sides of creative production

About the Role
- We're looking for a Performance Creative Strategist to be the connective tissue between performance data and creative production.
- You'll figure out what's converting, understand why, and turn that into sharp briefs for our design and motion team to bring to life.
- You'll be joining right as we build out our Growth Marketing team, which means real ownership, fast moving work, and the chance to shape how HubFit shows up in market as we scale.
- You'll work closely with our Performance Marketing Manager, Motion Designer, and Graphic Designer, translating ad performance data (hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR) into briefs that move metrics.
- This is a strategy first role: you're not shooting or editing yourself, but you know exactly what makes a hook work and can direct someone else to build it.
What You'll Do
- Creative Strategy: Own the creative strategy for paid acquisition, developing a regular brief cadence across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
- Data Driven Briefs: Translate performance data, like hook rate, hold rate, CTR, and CVR, into clear, actionable briefs for our design and motion team.
- UGC Management: Source, brief, and manage UGC creators and talent, ensuring content feels authentic and native to each platform.
- Creative Testing: Develop a systematic testing approach across formats, motion, static, carousel, UGC, and more, with hypotheses, angles, hooks, and structured experiments focused on acquisition efficiency.
- Competitive Intelligence: Mine ad libraries and creative from competitors and adjacent verticals for ideas, and turn what's working into fresh concepts for the team.
- Systems & Process: Build and continuously refine the systems, briefs, asset libraries, naming conventions, and handoffs, that let the team execute faster.
- Cross Functional Partnership: Work closely with our Performance Marketing Manager, Motion Designer, and Graphic Designer to keep creative production moving fast.
What We're Looking For
