About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow Shopify sales through product pages, campaigns, bundles, offers, landing pages, and conversion improvements
- Analyse Shopify Analytics, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, heatmaps, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and marketplace dashboards to understand traffic and customer behaviour
- Identify website conversion leaks and suggest practical CRO improvements
- Run, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, and basic TikTok Ads
- Track ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, AOV, repeat purchase, and campaign performance
- Manage marketplace growth across Amazon, Noon, Deliveroo, Talabat, Careem, Instashop, Kibsons, and other UAE/GCC platforms
- Improve product listings, keywords, images, pricing, offers, visibility, ranking, and platform performance
- Coordinate with operations to avoid out of stock issues and poor platform performance
- Manage social media planning, posting, captions, scheduling, community replies, and performance tracking
- Coordinate UGC creators, influencer gifting, café/customer collaborations, event content, and partnership content
- Brief the creative team for reels, ads, graphics, campaign visuals, product content, and promotional assets
- Support email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, abandoned cart campaigns, repeat purchase campaigns, launches, gifting, and seasonal promotions
Requirements
- 2 5 years of experience in e commerce, growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing
- Hands on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Shopify experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Shopify Analytics, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, heatmaps, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong analytical ability and comfort working with sales numbers, website data, and campaign performance
- Good written English
- Must be based in the UAE
- UAE driving licence preferred

Role Overview
- Happy Earth Organic is looking for a hands on Performance Marketing Executive for our D2C brand to drive online sales across Shopify, marketplaces, paid ads, social media, UGC, collaborations, and digital campaigns.
- This role is for someone who is analytical, execution focused, and comfortable being measured by numbers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow Shopify sales through product pages, campaigns, bundles, offers, landing pages, and conversion improvements.
- Analyse Shopify Analytics, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, heatmaps, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and marketplace dashboards to understand traffic, customer behaviour, drop offs, conversion issues, and sales opportunities.
- Identify website conversion leaks and suggest practical CRO improvements across product pages, landing pages, checkout flow, bundles, offers, and content.
- Run, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, and basic TikTok Ads.
- Track ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, AOV, repeat purchase, best selling SKUs, weak SKUs, and campaign performance.
- Manage marketplace growth across Amazon, Noon, Deliveroo, Talabat, Careem, Instashop, Kibsons, and other UAE/GCC platforms.
- Improve product listings, keywords, images, pricing, offers, visibility, ranking, and platform performance.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in e commerce, growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing.
- FMCG, food, beverage, wellness, beauty, supplements, or consumer product experience preferred.
- Hands on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Shopify experience strongly preferred.
- Marketplace experience preferred.
- Experience with Shopify Analytics, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, heatmaps, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical ability and comfort working with sales numbers, website data, and campaign performance.
- Ability to explain what is happening in the numbers and recommend what to fix next.
- Good written English.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must be based in the UAE.
- UAE driving licence preferred.
Additional Notes
- This is a full time, on site Dubai role with a 6 day working week.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast paced startup environment.
