Qualifications

• Over 6 years’ experience in HR Services, L&D operations, learning technology, or HR systems roles.
• Strong experience with LMS/LXP platforms and learning operations governance.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and lead process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and control discipline.
• Experience working with HR systems such as Oracle, Workday, CSOD, SuccessFactors, or SAP.
• Familiarity with service management tools such as ServiceNow.
• Advanced Excel/reporting skills and experience with dashboards or learning analytics.
• Experience leading people and/or coordinating multi-country workstreams.
• Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement certification preferred.
