Role Overview

What You'll Be Doing

• Act as the primary contact for regional HR enquiries, manage case escalations, resolve issues, or direct them to specialist teams.
• Manage onboarding, including contracts, visa support, insurance, and core data changes in Workday.
• Manage offboarding, support monthly payroll preparation, and issue official documentation.
• Coordinate visa applications, renewals, quota submissions, and related immigration compliance requirements.
• Maintain compliance with UAE and Kuwait labour laws, company policies, and data protection standards.
• Optimize HR procedures, use technology and AI to reduce inefficiencies, and deliver people analytics dashboards.

What You'll Need to Thrive

• Proven HR administration or People Services experience, ideally within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law under MOHRE and hands-on regional visa and sponsorship experience.
• Experience using Workday or a similar enterprise HRIS for data management and employee lifecycle processing.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multi-channel queries.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Professional Arabic language skills are desirable.
