About the Role

- You will play a key role in shaping and delivering a high quality, proactive People Partnering service.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with leaders at all levels, providing expert coaching, challenge and advice.
- Bring professional insight in organisational development, change, employee relations, performance, recruitment, talent development and wellbeing.
- Align to a School/Faculty or Professional Services area to understand local challenges.
- Use data, insight and stakeholder relationships to shape tailored people strategies.
- Play a key role in early stage employee relations, coaching managers to resolve issues informally.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the People Team to deliver a cohesive service.

- Experienced, confident and solutions focused HR professional.
- Strong stakeholder skills and ability to operate in complex, sensitive environments.
- Excellent communication and strong organisational skills.
- Sound employment law knowledge.
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex information clearly.
