About The Role
- Join our People Team and be a part of our newly formed Case Management function, playing a key role in delivering a high quality, consistent and efficient employee relations service.
- You’ll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of formal employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievance, performance and sickness cases.
- Acting as the first point of contact for allocated cases, you will take ownership of processes from initial triage through to resolution, ensuring all activity is managed in line with policy, employment law and best practice.
- There will be a particular focus on delivering a consistent case management approach, maintaining high quality documentation, and providing clear, practical advice to managers and stakeholders.
- You will work collaboratively with Case Managers, People Partners and other colleagues to ensure cases are handled fairly, efficiently and with a strong focus on outcomes.
- You will also play a role in identifying risks, spotting trends and supporting continuous improvement across the case management service.
About You
- This position would suit a proactive, organised and resilient individual looking to develop or deepen their experience in employee relations within a fast paced and varied environment.
- You will have strong communication skills and, whilst independently managing your own caseload, will also bring a collaborative and team focused approach.
- You should have the ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate and high quality documentation, and apply sound judgement when supporting case decisions.
- You will need to be comfortable working with a range of stakeholders, including managers and trade unions, have a keen eye for detail, and be committed to delivering a fair, practical and solutions focused service.
