- Foster the growth and career advancement of our talents in line with our strategic business direction.
- Enhance our strong performance culture by guiding managers in handling areas of low personnel performance.
- Act as an advocate for diversity best practices and inclusion programs, tracking diversity metrics against determined targets.
- Oversee pay and acknowledgement-related issues by supporting managers in executing Annual Salary Review (ASR)/Off-cycle budget/Short-Term Variable pay/ Stock Incentive Plan.
- Guide managers with employee lifecycle needs, such as employment contracts, terminations, and relocations to ensure a positive employee experience.
- Utilize people analytics to inform strategic planning and give advice that informs our business direction.

Requirements/ Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Master's degree in Human Resources.
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office (should be hands-on in MS Excel, handling large amounts of data and ability to make PowerPoint Presentation in a fast-paced environment)
- Minimum 5 years (ranging between 5 to 8 years) of shown experience in HR/People Function.
- Entire gamut of Human Resources and Disciplines Knowledge (TA, TM, L&D, TR, WFP&A – basic knowledge in the areas mentioned is a must)
- Excellent articulation and communication skills, persuading & influencing, proactive, delivering results & able to work on tight deadlines.
- Should have a positive approach.
- Excellent stakeholder and relationship management.
