Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of company performance management cycles
- Coordinate performance review processes, timelines, and documentation
- Assist managers in goal setting and OKR alignment processes
- Track performance review completion and follow up with stakeholders
- Consolidate performance data and prepare summary reports
- Support probation and milestone review processes
- Help maintain performance management frameworks, templates, and tools
- Coordinate internal training programs and learning initiatives
- Support training needs analysis in partnership with team managers
- Organize training schedules, materials, and participation tracking
- Assist in onboarding training program structure and rollout
- Track training completion and learning progress metrics
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in HR, Talent Development, Performance Management, or Learning & Development
- Experience supporting performance review or training programs preferred
- Experience in fast paced or growing organizations is a plus

- Support rollout of new performance and development initiatives.
- Prepare internal communications related to performance and training programs.
- Assist in building structured development pathways and competency frameworks.
- Support HR projects related to talent development and capability building.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in HR, Talent Development, Performance Management, or Learning & Development.
- Experience supporting performance review or training programs preferred.
- Experience in fast paced or growing organizations is a plus.
