About the Role
OneBullEx, an AI crypto futures trading exchange, is hiring a Business Developer to source and onboard Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and trading communities. The role requires 1-2 years of Business Development experience at a centralized exchange, an active network of crypto KOLs, and fluency in English.

Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a robust, compliant growth pipeline targeting elite crypto KOLs, professional traders, and high frequency trading communities across legally permitted international jurisdictions
- Champion the compliant use of platforms including YouTube, Twitch, Telegram, X, LinkedIn to locate, engage, and convert tier 1, tier 2, and tier 3 affiliate partners
- Effectively sell the platform's core retail advantages to partners, including the 24/7 algorithm driven automated trading system, tiered KYC onboarding, and institutional grade cold storage security
- Maximise partner conversion and user retention by strategically deploying Rewards Hub assets: weekly reward pools, lucky spins, futures trading bonuses, and tailored trading competitions
- Maintain rigorous, data driven tracking of your sales funnel and provide structured weekly updates on outreach metrics, conversion rates, and active trading volumes
- Act as the primary interface for your partner network, maintaining constant communication to build deep trust and ensure high retention
Requirements
- Minimum of 1–2 years of direct Business Development experience at a major Centralised Exchange (CEX)
- A warm, readily actionable network of high volume crypto KOLs, affiliates, and alpha groups across international markets
- Deep understanding of crypto futures, perpetual contracts, margin requirements, and core market mechanics
- Native/Fluent English with flawless written and verbal communication skills tailored to crypto trading communities
- Full willingness to participate in face to face video calls for all interviews and internal team meetings
- Clear understanding of corporate compliance mandates and platform specific regional requirements during partner onboarding

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 1–2 years of direct Business Development experience at a major Centralised Exchange (CEX).
- A warm, readily actionable network of high volume crypto KOLs, affiliates, and alpha groups across international markets.
- Deep understanding of crypto futures, perpetual contracts, margin requirements, and core market mechanics.
- Native/Fluent English with flawless written and verbal communication skills tailored specifically to crypto trading communities.
- Full willingness to participate in face to face video calls for all interviews and internal team meetings, to prevent industry identity fraud and maintain corporate security.
- Clear understanding of corporate compliance mandates and platform specific regional requirements during partner onboarding.
Preferred Background
- Proven record of professional, sustainable business growth from platforms with high BD turnover or unsustainable onboarding practices will not be prioritised.
- Solid grasp of algorithmic trading strategies, copy trading infrastructure, and exchange matching systems.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to identify affiliates, accelerate deal closing, and manage pipelines at scale.
- Candidates based in, or able to operate comfortably within, Western time zones (GMT to EST) are strongly preferred.
