The Mission
As the **Head of Business Development**, you will be the chief architect of OneBullEx's market growth and the commander of our global commercial engine.
We are seeking a battle-tested executive from a top-tier Centralised Exchange who possesses a deep technical understanding of the futures market and the leadership gravity to command a high-performing, global team.
You will own the full BD lifecycle—from setting aggressive KPIs and professional client onboarding to managing the operational workflows that keep our liquidity deep and our ecosystem thriving.
Core Responsibilities
- **Strategic Growth:** Design and execute a global roadmap to scale derivatives volume, specifically focusing on perpetual swaps and professional market share.
- **Operational Leadership:** Direct the entire BD department, establishing high-standard KPIs, optimising CRM pipelines (HubSpot/Salesforce), and perfecting the "lead-to-trade" funnel.
- **Liquidity & Market Maker Relations:** Sourcing and managing partnerships with Tier-1 Market Makers (MMs) and HFT firms to maintain superior order book depth.
- **Product Synergy:** Bridge the gap between Business Development and Product/Quant teams to align our AI tools (OneALPHA/300 SPARTANS) with the needs of sophisticated traders.
Requirements
- **CEX Pedigree:** 5+ years of senior BD or High-Net-Worth Sales experience at a leading Global CEX.
- **Futures Mastery:** Deep technical fluency in crypto derivatives, including funding rates, cross/isolated margin mechanics, liquidation engines, and API trading.
- **Bilingual Mastery:** Professional fluency in both English and Mandarin is mandatory. You must be capable of negotiating complex enterprise contracts in English while maintaining deep, high-trust relationships within Mandarin-speaking liquidity and "whale" communities.
- **Leadership Excellence:** A proven track record of building, motivating, and scaling remote teams with a data-driven approach to performance.
- **Network:** An active, high-level Rolodex of professional trading desks, VCs, and key market participants.
