- Translate business needs into functional specifications for Pega CDH solutions
- Work with technical teams to design decision strategies, Next Best Action frameworks, and engagement policies
- Support configuration and validation of customer decisioning logic within Pega CDH
- Participate in user story creation, backlog grooming, and sprint planning in Agile environments
- Conduct UAT support, testing validation, and requirement traceability
- Analyze customer data and engagement strategies to improve personalization and campaign effectiveness
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- 5 10 years of experience
- Experience with Pega CDH
- Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering
- Experience in Agile environments
