Responsibilities
- Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of pediatric gastrointestinal, liver, and nutritional disorders.
- Perform and interpret specialized procedures such as upper and lower GI endoscopy.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and ensure evidence based patient care.
- Lead and supervise junior physicians, fellows, and multidisciplinary care teams.
- Participate in complex case discussions and contribute to clinical decision making.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, international standards, and patient safety protocols.
- Support quality improvement initiatives, audits, and clinical governance programs.
- Provide education and guidance to patients’ families regarding treatment plans and long term care.
- Contribute to training, mentoring, and professional development of medical staff.
Requirements
