- Lead and supervise delivery of high quality, evidence based care within specialty

- Oversee clinical activities of junior medical staff and participate in training
- Participate in on call rotations including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Document clinical information accurately and comply with hospital and DOH policies
- Participate in clinical audits, performance management, and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- MBBS or equivalent degree from recognized medical school
- Board certification or fellowship in Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine
- Minimum 3 7 years post specialty clinical experience
- Valid DOH license to practice in Abu Dhabi
- Fluency in English and Arabic

Job Summary
- The Consultant Physician holds a senior position responsible for providing exemplary, comprehensive, and evidence based medical care within their designated specialty. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise delivery of high quality, evidence based care
- Conduct patient examinations, take medical histories, order tests, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans
- Oversee clinical activities of junior medical staff and participate in instruction and supervision
- Liaise with other medical specialties and participate in multi disciplinary meetings
- Participate in on call coverage on a rotational basis
- Accurately document clinical information and comply with policies
- Participate in clinical audits, performance management, and risk management
- Communicate clinical information to patients and families compassionately
Qualifications and Requirements
- MBBS or equivalent degree from recognized medical school
- Fellowship or Board Certification in Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine
- Minimum 3 7 years post specialty clinical experience
- Eligibility for or valid DOH license to practice in Abu Dhabi
- Primary Source Verification through Data Flow Group
- Successful completion of DOH license exam unless exempted
- Good Standing Certificate from current/previous licensing authority
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic
