- Familiarity with payroll services and systems
- Attention to detail and strong numerical aptitude
- Good understanding of local labor laws and regulations relevant to payroll in Saudi Arabia
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other productivity tools
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with HR, finance, and other stakeholders
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Payroll Specialist role based in Riyadh with Sahat Almajd Trading Company.
- The Payroll Specialist is responsible for end to end payroll processing, including collecting and verifying employee time records, calculating wages, and ensuring timely, accurate payroll runs.
- The role includes maintaining payroll data, updating employee records, managing benefits and deductions, and coordinating with HR and finance on workforce changes and approvals.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with integrity.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field; professional payroll certification is an advantage.
