- Ability to follow recipes, standard operating procedures, and directions from senior staff
- Good time management, multitasking, and attention to detail in a fast paced environment
- Team oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen duties
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen or hospitality environment preferred
- Culinary certification or relevant training is an advantage
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
