- Solid Culinary Skills with ability to follow recipes and develop new flavors
- Knowledge of chocolate tempering techniques and food safety standards
- Ability to work on site in Riyadh
- Prior experience as Chocolatier, pastry chef, or in confectionery production preferred
- Relevant culinary or pastry certification or diploma is an advantage

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Chocolatier role based in Riyadh at Sahat Almajd Trading Company.
- The Chocolatier will be responsible for crafting a variety of chocolate products, including truffles, pralines, bars, and specialty items.
- Daily tasks include tempering chocolate, preparing fillings, molding and decorating products, monitoring quality and consistency, and ensuring proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- The role also involves maintaining a clean and safe production area, coordinating with the bakery and pastry teams, managing inventory of raw materials, and assisting with packaging and presentation.
- The Chocolatier may support product displays, participate in seasonal collections, and collaborate on new product development.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Bakery and Baking skills, with experience working in a professional kitchen or production environment.
- Hands on expertise in Confectionery and Pastry, including preparation of chocolates, sweets, and desserts.
- Solid Culinary Skills, with the ability to follow recipes accurately and develop new flavors and product concepts.
- Knowledge of chocolate tempering techniques, ingredient handling, and food safety and hygiene standards.
- Attention to detail, good hand eye coordination, and a commitment to consistent product quality and presentation.
- Ability to work on site in Riyadh, manage time effectively, and collaborate with a diverse team in a fast paced environment.
- Prior experience as a Chocolatier, pastry chef, or in confectionery production is preferred.
- Relevant culinary or pastry certification or diploma is an advantage.
