About the Role
G42 is looking for a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing, ensure compliance, and support audits. You will handle payroll transactions, maintain records, and recommend system improvements.

Responsibilities
- Implement, maintain, and review payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices
- Facilitate audits by providing records and documentation to auditors
- Identify and recommend updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures
- Assess and recommend payroll processing solutions in additional operating jurisdictions
- Document new or enhanced policy, procedure, and practices
Requirements
- Proven work experience in payroll
- Bachelor's degree holder
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel user)
- Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality
- Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail

Overview

- The Payroll Specialist will conduct payroll analyses, collate payroll data, control records, and ensure accurate & timely payroll processing at G42 and its diverse Business Units.
Qualifications
- Proven Work Experience in Payroll.
- Bachelor degree's Holder.
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel USER).
- Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality.
- Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail.
