The Opportunity
Support accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple EMEA countries.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, internal controls, and company policies.
Work with global payroll systems and providers while applying payroll accounting and analytical skills.
Workplace and Schedule
- This is a hybrid role based in the Bangalore office.
- General working hours are 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST, Monday through Friday.
What You Will Be Doing
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for assigned EMEA countries.
- Partner with vendors and in-country providers to validate results and resolve discrepancies.
- Review payroll inputs and perform audits and reconciliations.
- Prepare payroll reports, statutory filings, year-end activities, journals, accruals, balance-sheet reconciliations, and variance analyses.
- Partner with HR, Finance, Accounting, Tax, Mobility, and Benefits teams on payroll queries and close activities.
- Improve payroll processes, controls, automation, and employee experience while supporting audits, implementations, acquisitions, and projects.
