About the Role

- Develop and execute a strategy for growing the cross currency payments P&L in EMEA
- Collaborate with Sales, Banking, and Markets partners to develop client pipelines, account plans, product market fit and marketing collateral
- Manage the pipeline effectively including target list development, execution from pre sales to mandate acquisition, deal closure, and reporting
- Develop compelling segment specific value propositions and proposals to drive marketing efforts
- Lead solutioning and adoption of client facing products and capabilities, defining and configuring optimal solutions
- Serve as a subject matter expert on cross currency proposition with deep understanding of clients' needs and industry trends
- Coordinate with Cross Currency Product & Solutions teams in other regions to address global client needs
Requirements
- BA or BS from a top tier program or equivalent
- Excellent product oriented sales experience and acumen with client facing skills
- Ability to work under direct portfolio growth targets in a competitive environment
- Experience in problem solving across multiple teams and a cluster of products
- Extensive experience working in a sales cycle and engaging with clients regularly
- Experience modifying preconfigured solutions to meet complex problems
- Prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization
- Demonstrable Foreign Exchange (FX) sales experience
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written)
- Proven knowledge of transaction banking, FX, cross border payments and Channels

Job Description
- Leverage problem solving skills as a key member of the EMEA Cross Currency Solutions team to drive customer centric strategies.
- As a leader in solutioning, collaborate closely with Sales teams to deliver tailor made product solutions that meet clients' needs.
- Act as the voice of the customer by understanding their needs and providing tailormade solutions in conjunction with Product teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategy for growing the cross currency payments P&L in EMEA to meet P&L and new business targets.
- Collaborate with Sales, Banking, and Markets partners to develop client pipelines, account plans, product market fit and marketing collateral.
- Manage the pipeline effectively, including target list development, execution from pre sales to mandate acquisition, deal closure, and reporting to senior management.
- Develop compelling segment specific value propositions and proposals that will also drive marketing efforts.
- Lead solutioning and the adoption of existing and upcoming client facing products and capabilities while defining and configuring optimal solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on cross currency preposition in JP Morgan on a defined set of products and capabilities.
- Coordinate with Cross Currency Product & Solutions teams in other regions to address global client needs and adoption of best practices.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- BA or BS from a top tier program or equivalent.
- Excellent product oriented sales experience and acumen with excellent client facing skills.
- Able to work under direct portfolio growth targets, in a competitive environment.
- Able to demonstrate relevant level of experience or equivalent expertise in problem solving across multiple teams and a cluster of products.
- Extensive experience working in a sales cycle and engaging with clients on a regular basis.
- Experience modifying preconfigured solutions to meet complex problems.
- Demonstrable prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization.
- Demonstrable Foreign Exchange (FX) sales experience.
