- Develop and execute a strategy for growing the cross currency payments P&L in EMEA to meet P&L and new business targets
- Collaborate with Sales, Banking, and Markets partners to develop client pipelines, account plans, product market fit and marketing collateral
- Manage the pipeline effectively, including target list development, execution from pre sales to mandate acquisition, deal closure, and reporting to senior management
- Develop compelling segment specific value propositions and proposals that will also drive marketing efforts
- Lead solutioning and the adoption of existing and upcoming client facing products and capabilities while defining and configuring optimal solutions that address clients' needs and objectives
- Serve as a subject matter expert on cross currency preposition in JP Morgan on a defined set of products and capabilities with a deep understanding of our clients' needs and current FX and payments industry trends
- Coordinate with Cross Currency Product & Solutions teams in other regions to address global client needs and adoption of best practices across regions
Requirements
- BA or BS from a top tier program or equivalent
- Excellent product oriented sales experience and acumen with excellent client facing skills
- Able to work under direct portfolio growth targets in a competitive environment
- Relevant level of experience or equivalent expertise in problem solving across multiple teams and a cluster of products
- Extensive experience working in a sales cycle and engaging with clients on a regular basis
- Experience modifying preconfigured solutions to meet complex problems
- Demonstrable prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization
- Demonstrable Foreign Exchange (FX) sales experience
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) preferred
- Proven knowledge of transaction banking, FX, cross border payments and Channels preferred

Job Description
- Leverage your problem solving skills as a key member of the EMEA Cross Currency Solutions team to thrive in a fast paced environment and drive customer centric strategies.
- As a leader in solutioning, collaborate closely with the Sales teams to deliver tailor made product solutions that meet clients' needs.
- As a Cross Currency Solutions Sales Vice President/Executive Director in Cross Currency Solutions team in Dubai, you are an integral part of a team that defines and configures FX solutions for key client relationships and prospect opportunities in partnership with the stakeholder teams.
- You are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer by understanding their needs and providing tailormade solutions in conjunction with the Product teams.
