Role Overview
Patient relationship role supporting patients, families, physicians, nurses, laboratories, and healthcare support facilities.
The position combines healthcare customer service, communication coordination, clerical administration, patient records, and inventory tracking.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage relationships with physicians, nurses, healthcare support teams, listed laboratories, and other support facilities.
- Maintain organizational protocols and standards.
- File and retrieve patient records and update patient personal and financial information.
- Perform clerical duties involving mail, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Coordinate communication between patients, families, and the medical team.
- Provide information about services, procedures, and protocols.
- Track deliveries, shipments, and stock levels.
- Analyze demand data to anticipate supply and logistical needs.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate qualification.
- At least 2 years of healthcare experience in customer care, customer service, or front-office work.
- The posting also lists 3 years of healthcare experience and 1 year of customer service or healthcare experience as required.
- At least 1 year of UAE experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and customer-service skills.
- Sound understanding of telephone etiquette and routine administrative paperwork.

Compensation
- Pay is listed as AED 3,000–3,500 per month in one section and up to AED 3,000 per month in another.
