Role Overview
The role is an HR Executive position focused on managing the full recruitment lifecycle and supporting organizational workforce needs.
The position requires an immediate joiner.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and staffing processes.
- Lead employee relations activities and resolve workplace matters.
- Design and coordinate training and development initiatives.
- Supervise HR administration and leave-management processes.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Conduct HR data analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Experience handling multiple open roles across functions.
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
