The Patient Relations Officer serves as liaison between patients and the hospital and is available whenever her or his assistance is needed.Visits patients on admission and on request any time during working hours.The Patient Relation Officer is responsible for managing the hospital’s patient complaint process. Maintains professional standards of Patient Relations Programs.Handles and follow-up on patient complaints depending on the level of complainant.Handles tours for visitors and guests.Performs other duties as assigned by the Patient Relations Officer In ChargeUnder the supervision of the Head of the Department, performs interpreting/transliterating services of oral or written communications between English and Arabic.Provide interpreting/ transliterating services for patients, employees and other individuals for meetings, interviews, telephone calls, etc. including one to one and group settings.Oversees admission for all inpatient from E.R
