Patient Relations Coordinator (Female – Arabic Speaker)

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Arabic- and English-speaking patients and respond through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Convert inquiries into consultations and treatment bookings and explain treatment plans, packages, pricing, promotions, and payment options.
• Build patient relationships, follow up with leads and no-show patients, and support retention and repeat business.
• Coordinate appointments with dermatologists and aesthetic specialists and optimize clinic schedules.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical, Nursing, and Front Office teams to support seamless care.
• Coordinate patient flow, resolve concerns, escalate issues, and maintain accurate patient records.
• Update CRM and EMR systems and prepare reports on inquiries, conversions, bookings, revenue, and performance.
• Support compliance with hospital policies, patient confidentiality requirements, and DHA regulations.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in patient relations, sales, customer service, or coordination within a UAE hospital, medical center, or aesthetic clinic is required.
• Native or fluent Arabic and excellent English communication skills are required.
• Previous dermatology, aesthetics, plastic surgery, or cosmetic clinic experience is highly preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation, interpersonal, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospital CRM or EMR systems is required.
• Candidates should be professional, patient-focused, able to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment, and able to meet targets.
• Knowledge of dermatology and aesthetic procedures is preferred.
• Experience with insurance and self-pay patients is advantageous.

• Work location is in person at Clinica Sabah Specialty Hospital in Dubai.
