Patient Relations Coordinator

Job Objective

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients throughout their healthcare journey.
• Coordinate appointments, consultations, and procedures between patients, physicians, and departments.
• Build patient relationships from first inquiry through post-treatment follow-up.
• Explain aesthetic procedures, treatment plans, and hospital services.
• Recommend suitable aesthetic treatments based on patient needs.
• Manage inquiries and convert consultations into appointments and procedures.
• Promote cosmetic procedures and healthcare services professionally.
• Follow up before and after procedures and coordinate recovery-related inquiries.
• Handle patient feedback and complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative teams.
• Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality.
• Comply with hospital policies, procedures, and service standards.

Requirements

• A relevant bachelor's degree in healthcare management, nursing, business administration, or a related field is required.
• At least two years of UAE hospital, clinic, or healthcare facility experience is mandatory.
• Previous experience in patient coordination, aesthetic clinics, cosmetic procedures, or healthcare services sales is required.
• Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and medical procedures is required.
• Arabic fluency and excellent spoken and written English are required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, persuasion, and organizational skills are required.
• A professional, patient-focused, and service-oriented attitude is required.
