Clinica Sabah Hospital is seeking a Medical Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and support patient care services.
The role requires professional, patient-centered service in a hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors and provide guidance and assistance in Arabic and English.
- Register new patients, create digital medical files, and update information in the hospital management system.
- Schedule and confirm appointments to manage patient flow and minimize wait times.
- Answer incoming calls in Arabic and English, address inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
- Coordinate with medical and nursing staff to streamline patient visits.
- Handle initial billing, process payments, and issue invoices according to hospital policies.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Fluency in Arabic and English, spoken and written, is essential.
- Applicants need one to two years of front-desk or reception experience in a medical center, clinic, or hospital.
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
- Applicants should have strong communication and interpersonal skills and a patient-centered demeanor.
- Applicants must be proficient in computer use and familiar with hospital or clinic management software.
- Applicants must be able to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
