- Greet patients and direct them to appropriate departments
- Handle telephone inquiries and provide information to doctors/nurses for call backs
- Manage appointments including no shows, rescheduling, and confirmations
- Register new patients and update current patient records
- Provide information about medical insurance coverage and collect payments/co payments
- Facilitate daily cash collection, credit card slips, and cheque deposits
- Maintain working knowledge of Hospital Information System and clinic schedules
- Generate and process patient invoices for services rendered
- Ensure billing practices comply with legal and insurance requirements
- Handle complaints in a structured, timely, and professional manner
Requirements
- Experience in patient administration or similar role
- Knowledge of medical insurance and billing processes
- Proficiency in Hospital Information Systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle cash and financial transactions
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- UAE National (UAEN) required

Overview
- NMC Healthcare is hiring a Patient Admin Executive (UAEN) for their facility in Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients, direct them to appropriate departments and provide routine information.
- Handle telephone inquiries from patients and provide information to respective doctor/nurse for call backs.
- Appointment management including no shows, rescheduling, and confirmations.
- Register new patients and ensure records are up to date.
- Provide information about medical insurance coverage and collect payment/co payment.
- Facilitate daily cash collection, credit card slips, and cheque deposits.
- Maintain working knowledge of Hospital Information System, clinic times, and doctor duty roster.
- Perform duties of handling patients, telephone calls, cash, and back office work.
- Check emails daily and respond to queries timely.
- Generate and process patient invoices for services rendered.
- Ensure billing practices comply with legal and insurance requirements.
- Handle complaints in a structured, timely, and professional manner.
Requirements
- Experience in patient administration or similar role.
- Knowledge of medical insurance and billing processes.
- Proficiency in Hospital Information Systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle cash and financial transactions.

- UAE National (UAEN) required.
