The Pastry Commis supports food-service operations under the direction of the Executive Pastry Chef.

Job Description
- Produce food for all food-service operations as instructed by the Executive Pastry Chef.
- Maintain quality and quantity control, including portion control and product freshness.
- Ensure all food follows kitchen recipes and standards.
- Work with other kitchen sections to promote flexibility and productivity.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a busy kitchen is required.
- Previous experience as a Pastry Commis Chef is required.
- A pastry or culinary qualification is desirable.
- Candidates should be reliable, hardworking, communicative, positive, and able to work under pressure.
