Job Description
- Produce necessary food for all food service operations as instructed by the Executive Pastry Chef.
- Maintain quality and quantity control, including portion control and product freshness.
- Ensure all food produced follows kitchen recipes and standards.
- Be familiar with other kitchen sections to promote flexibility and productivity.
Experience and Work Style
- Previous experience working in a busy kitchen is required.
