Job Overview
We are looking for a Pastry Chef to join our team at Mamzar Center.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cakes, pastries, desserts, cookies, and other bakery products.
- Follow recipes and maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation.
- Assist with daily pastry and bakery production.
- Prepare and decorate cakes and desserts according to requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pastry preparation area.
- Properly store ingredients and monitor their freshness and quality.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist senior chefs with daily production and new recipes.
- Minimize food wastage and use ingredients efficiently.
- Ensure all products are presented attractively and professionally.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in pastry or bakery work.
- Relevant pastry, bakery, or culinary training is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques and pastry preparation.
- Good understanding of food hygiene and safety.
- Creative, hardworking, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- UAE experience is not mandatory.
- Freshers with relevant training are encouraged to apply.
