Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair smartphones and mobile devices.
- Replace screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, speakers, and other components.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Repair and service both Android & iOS devices.
- Perform testing and quality checks after every repair.
- Identify technical issues accurately and provide effective solutions.
- Handle customer devices, tools, and equipment with proper care.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Provide professional and friendly customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mobile Technician.
- Strong knowledge of smartphone hardware and software.
- Hands-on experience with Android & iOS repairs.
- Experience in mobile troubleshooting and component replacement.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
