About the Role
Continental General Trading Group is seeking a Parts Advisor to identify, source, and sell automotive spare parts for BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and other European vehicle brands. The role requires strong technical knowledge, customer service skills, and business development abilities.

Responsibilities
- Identify and supply genuine, OEM, and aftermarket spare parts for BMW, Mercedes Benz, and other European vehicle brands
- Prepare accurate quotations and process customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with workshops, fleet operators, traders, retailers, and direct customers
- Actively seek and develop new business opportunities to increase sales and expand the customer base
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the parts division
- Utilize electronic parts catalogues (EPC), VIN decoding systems, and manufacturer databases to accurately identify parts
- Follow up on quotations, pending orders, and customer requirements to maximize conversion rates
- Provide technical guidance and product recommendations to customers
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability and delivery of parts
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, sales activities, and order status
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify growth opportunities
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Automotive, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive spare parts sales
- Strong hands on experience with BMW, Mercedes Benz, and other European automotive brands
- Experience in the UAE automotive parts market highly preferred
- Excellent knowledge of European vehicle spare parts, part number identification, and cataloguing systems
- Strong understanding of genuine, OEM, and aftermarket parts
- Proven ability to develop business and generate sales opportunities
- Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills
- Strong negotiation, sales, and closing skills
- Valid UAE Driving License mandatory

Job Summary

Candidate Requirements
