- Manage warehouse flow: source and allocate parts to fulfil service commitments, receive, pick, and ship parts
- Ensure quality and accuracy of parts and paperwork delivered
- Coordinate and collaborate across teams and with suppliers to ensure parts availability
- Communicate with local Service teams and suppliers to provide a seamless customer experience
Requirements
- Professional experience within warehousing and logistics (preferably from automotive industries)
- Genuine car interest and eagerness to learn
- Good spoken and written English
- Flexible team player able to work in shifts including weekends and morning/evening shifts
- Full GCC valid driver's license

- Parts Advisors play an important role in service operations, offering parts support to Service Centers and Mobile Service.
What You'll Do
- Manage warehouse flow: source and allocate parts as needed to fulfil service commitments; receive, pick, and ship parts.
- Ensure top quality: ensure the quality and accuracy of parts and paperwork delivered.
- Coordinate & Collaborate: collaborate across teams and work closely with suppliers; review jobs and plan accordingly.
- Communicate: keep a high level of communication with local Service teams and suppliers.
What You'll Bring
- Experienced: professional experience within warehousing and logistics (preferably from automotive industries).
- Interested & fast learner: genuine car interest and always eager to learn more.
- A skilled communicator: speak and write English well.
- Flexible team player: like collaborating closely with different kinds of people and can work in shifts including weekends and morning/evening shifts.
- Safe to drive: hold a full GCC valid driver’s license.
