With a strong global presence and a reputation for innovative trading solutions, we are expanding our Partnerships Department to strengthen relationships with key industry players and drive new business growth.

The Role

As a Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing high-value partnerships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), CPA affiliates, PAMM/MAM managers, fund managers, and other industry stakeholders.

This role requires a well-connected professional who can leverage their network to deliver measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire and manage IBs, CPA affiliates, PAMM/MAM managers, and fund managers.

Negotiate commercial terms (CPA, revenue share, hybrid models) for maximum ROI.

Support partners with tailored marketing and growth initiatives.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless partner experiences.

Attend industry events to strengthen networks and brand presence.

Requirements

3+ years’ proven experience in the CFDs/Forex industry in a similar role.

Strong industry network with IBs, affiliates, and fund managers.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding acquisition and revenue targets.

Deep understanding of trading products, MT4/MT5, and partnership models.

Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.

Willingness to travel internationally.

Multi-lingual proficiency and experience in emerging markets are a plus.
