Requirements
- 1 2 years in Forex/CFD brokerage operations or related financial services
- Knowledge of CRM/back office platforms
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross department teams and external partners

Job Summary
- We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Forex Operations Executive to support day to day operational activities.
- This role serves as a key link between front office sales/trading teams and back office settlement, compliance, and client support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle operational client queries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Process client requests for account changes, transfers, and profile adjustments.

- Prepare and maintain daily operational reports and performance logs.
