Responsibilities
- Lead partner onboarding including project scoping, business cases, digital implementation, and go to market planning
- Manage partner activities on a day to day basis, reviewing performance and managing operational issues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across all partners
- Develop annual and quarterly joint marketing plans with partners, including target setting and budgets
- Oversee development and execution of marketing campaigns and run post campaign analysis
- Create and refine Customer Value Propositions (CVPs) for co branded products
- Use market intelligence to guide strategic decisions and identify risks and opportunities
- Lead data analytics efforts to support marketing strategies and performance management
- Ensure all partnerships adhere to legal and regulatory standards
- Manage and mentor a support team, setting objectives and providing feedback
Requirements
- Experience in partnership development and management
- Strong account management and relationship building skills
- Ability to develop annual and quarterly joint marketing plans with targets and budgets
- Experience in campaign management and post campaign analysis
- Proficiency in data analytics and dashboard development
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and contractual management
- Team leadership and mentoring experience

Overview
- Shukran is the region’s largest retail loyalty programme, owned and operated by Landmark Group.
- We are looking to create a complete customer centric engagement ecosystem to drive incremental value to all stakeholders.
- This entails developing and launching loyalty linked financial products such as co branded credit cards across GCC.
Partnership Development and Management
- Collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders to lead the onboarding process.
- Manage partner activities on a day to day basis, reviewing partner performance, managing operational issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across all partners.
- Monitor performance against contractual obligations, manage governance meetings.
Strategic Planning and Execution
- Develop annual and quarterly joint marketing plans with partners, including target setting, preparing budgets.
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Create and refine Customer Value Propositions (CVPs) for co branded products.
Market and Data Analytics
- Use market intelligence to guide strategic decisions, identify risks and opportunities.
- Lead data analytics efforts to support marketing strategies and performance management.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics.
Compliance and Standards
- Ensure all partnerships adhere to legal and regulatory standards.
- Manage contractual compliance, including SLAs and payment commitments.
- Follow the partnership framework and key account management best practices.
Leadership and Project Management
- Manage and mentor a support team, setting objectives, providing feedback.
- Oversee cross functional projects related to co branded financial products.
