Job Overview
An established international law firm seeks a Partner with a strong client following and technical expertise to manage and develop a portfolio of clients. The role offers flexibility, autonomy, and significant earning potential.
The Role
- Manage and develop an established portfolio of clients and matters within your area of expertise.
- Continue to build your practice through existing relationships, new business development and referrals.
- Advise clients directly while working alongside experienced lawyers across a broad range of practice areas.
- Collaborate with other Partners where matters require complementary expertise or specialist support.
- Develop your practice with a high degree of flexibility and autonomy over how you work.
The Candidate
- Experienced solicitor with a strong track record at a respected UK or international law firm.
- Demonstrable level of portable client following and an established book of business.
- Strong technical expertise and a proven ability to maintain and develop long-term client relationships.
- Commercially minded and entrepreneurial, with a genuine interest in developing and growing your own practice.
- Collaborative in approach, with the ability to work effectively alongside other experienced lawyers.
