Role Overview
An established legal practice in Doha is seeking a Corporate Associate for its Corporate and Advisory team.
The role involves managing client matters, producing high-quality legal work, and collaborating with senior lawyers and colleagues.
Compensation

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general corporate and advisory matters by preparing legal documents, correspondence, advice, and memoranda.
- Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal and commercial issues, identifying relevant laws and practical solutions.
- Support senior lawyers with client meetings, negotiations, and the progression of matters.
- Manage assigned matters and competing priorities while keeping client files and documentation accurate and current.
- Collaborate with associates, senior lawyers, trainees, legal researchers, and paralegals to deliver high-quality client service.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience within a law firm or legal practice with strong general corporate and advisory experience.
- An accredited Law degree and strong legal knowledge.
