- Support the daily opening and closing of the café
- Ensure smooth store operations and service flow
- Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and food safety standards
- Assist with maintaining SOPs and operational processes
- Supervise and support front and back of house staff
- Help manage shift flow and break schedules
- Ensure tasks are completed and standards are maintained
- Support onboarding and training where required
- Deliver and maintain a high level of hospitality and service
- Handle customer concerns professionally and proactively
- Monitor stock levels and flag replenishment needs
- Support stock counts and reduce operational waste
Requirements
- Previous experience in café, restaurant, retail, or hospitality management preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Organised, proactive, and solution oriented
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends (preferred)
