Personal Support Worker Certificate from an accredited school (required)

Strong experience supporting individuals with complex medical needs, such as g-tube feeds, ostomy care, oral suctioning, and seizure management

A team mindset, strong emotional intelligence, and confidence working in home settings

Comfort with personal care, homemaking, and promoting daily independence

A flexible, compassionate approach — ready to adapt and advocate
