- Record daily financial transactions accurately
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank and cash accounts
- Process supplier invoices and customer payments
- Prepare VAT records and assist with VAT return documentation
- Maintain organized financial records and filing systems
- Assist with monthly financial reports and management accounts
- Coordinate with external accountant or auditor as required
- Monitor petty cash and expense claims
- Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets, reports, and data as required
- Assist with general administrative duties and other office tasks as assigned
Requirements
- 2–5 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in the UAE
- Excellent proficiency using QuickBooks accounting software
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Good knowledge of UAE VAT regulations
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
- Must have a valid UAE residence visa (company sponsorship not provided)

Job Overview
- We are distributors of Mother, Baby and Child products in the UAE.
- Part Time Bookkeeper position in Sharjah Industrial Area 18 (In house).
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (20 hours per week).
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions accurately.
