- Create & update brand presentations, product pitches, and launch reports

- Organize marketing events for brands

Requirements
- Minimum 2 3 years experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent knowledge of Canva and Google Suite
- Digital and social media savvy
- Graduated in a related bachelor's or master's degree
- Must have own vehicle and driver's license
- FMCG/Retail experience is a plus

- We are a distributor of mother and baby care products. As we distribute some intimate products, we are looking for someone comfortable discussing maternity, nursing, pre and postnatal care.
Role Description
- We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals.
- You will collaborate with our Sales marketing team on brand and trade marketing, online and offline campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 3 years experience
- Strong desire to learn and positive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Able to meet multiple project deadlines and demonstrate good attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of Canva and the Google suite of products
- Passion for the marketing industry or 1st experience in the Marketing field
- Digital and social media savvy
- FMCG/Retail experience is a plus
- Graduated in a related bachelor’s or master’s degree
Brand Marketing
- Create & update brand presentations, product pitches, and launch reports
- Analyze monthly sales reports with sales team and maintain sales support tools
- Maintain & update the product database and all assets
- Perform competition analyses & market research
- Monitor marketing trends with competitors locally and abroad
- Manage our social media accounts and continue to develop them
- Collaborate with influencers and organize product/brand collabs
- Organize marketing events for the brands both community and very large exhibitions
- Prepare and manage email marketing campaigns
Trade Marketing
- Conduct in store market visits in the UAE and prepare market reporting
- Perform website evaluation for our e retailers
- Track marketing coverage of brands online and create monthly visibility report
- Prepare B2B emailers to be sent out to our database of retailers
- Prepare promotional presentations for our retailers
- Help develop, create, and distribute marketing materials to our retailers
- Coordinate social media campaigns with retailers and influencers
- Create windows, in store concepts, and mockups with suppliers
- Coordinate with retailer VM team for in store updates, new launches
- Support the Brand manager in visual merchandising
General
- Support the Founder and General Manager in daily administrative tasks
- Tracking marketing spends monthly / creating PO in the system
- Working with third party suppliers, agencies, freelancers
Additional Information
- Full time position. In house. Based in Dubai but will involve going to warehouse in Sharjah.
- Must have own vehicle and drivers license.
- Salary 8 13k based on experience + Medical insurance.
