About the Role
JBC Distribution is seeking a Brand Manager to lead marketing initiatives for a portfolio of mother, baby, and lifestyle brands in the UAE and GCC. You will develop and execute brand strategies, manage campaigns, and drive growth.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand and seasonal marketing plans across multiple brands
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, PR, email, and events
- Manage product launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and brand activations
- Drive social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement
- Build and manage relationships with influencers, media partners, and key stakeholders
- Support e commerce growth through website content, customer acquisition, retention, and conversion initiatives
- Coordinate exhibitions, retail activations, trade events, and consumer facing experiences
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and optimise marketing investments for ROI
- Collaborate cross functionally with sales, buying, merchandising, and leadership teams
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in brand marketing, consumer marketing, or related fields
- Understanding of digital marketing, social media, content creation, and campaign management
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Commercial mindset with the ability to connect marketing activity to business results
- Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills
- Self starter who takes ownership and thrives in a fast paced environment
- Experience within retail, FMCG, lifestyle, baby products, distribution, or e commerce is advantageous

What You'll Be Doing
