Responsibilities
- Maintain complete company accounts using Tally ERP
- Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, and Trial Balance
- Generate Cash Flow Statements and General Ledger reports
- Prepare Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable reports
- Monitor customer and supplier outstanding balances
- Maintain VAT records and prepare VAT reports
- Process payroll and salary entries
- Maintain fixed asset and inventory accounting records
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial dashboards
- Analyze business profitability, revenue, expenses, and cash flow
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience in the UAE
- Strong hands on experience with Tally ERP (Mandatory)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Formulas)
- Good understanding of UAE VAT regulations
- Ability to prepare financial statements independently
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Job Overview
- KNH Information Technology LLC is looking for an experienced Part Time Accountant to manage our complete accounting operations.
- The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Tally ERP and be capable of independently handling day to day accounting, financial reporting, VAT records, and management reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain complete company accounts using Tally ERP.
- Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.

- Monday to Saturday
