Overview
We are looking for a **detail-oriented Accounts Executive** with experience in **IT trading and/or interior/contracting business accounting**.
The candidate should be capable of handling day-to-day accounting operations independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain **daily accounting entries** in **Tally ERP**
- Handle **cash, bank, and petty cash transactions**
- Maintain and reconcile **party/customer/vendor accounts**
- Prepare and manage:
• Profit & Loss (P&L)
- Balance Sheet
- Trading Account
- Manage **stock journal entries and inventory records**
- Perform **bank reconciliation** and ledger verification
- Ensure proper documentation of invoices, payments, and expenses
- Support management with **financial reports and analysis**
- Minimum **1–3 years of experience** in accounting
- Experience in **IT trading / Interior / Contracting industry (preferred)**
- Tally ERP
- Accounting principles
- Financial statements
- Basic understanding of **UAE accounting practices**
- Good attention to detail and accountability
Visa Preference (Important)
- Candidates with **Own Visa or Spouse Visa will be highly preferred**
- Must be available for **immediate joining**
- Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
